Service Description
Annual maintenance is the single best way to prevent unexpected breakdowns, lower your energy bills, and extend the life of your heating and cooling system. Our comprehensive tune-up includes inspection of all major components, cleaning of coils and burners, refrigerant level check, electrical connection inspection, thermostat calibration, and filter replacement. Schedule your furnace tune-up in fall and AC tune-up in spring for year-round comfort and peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your HVAC appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of $149.99 (our standard diagnostic/service call fee). Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service call fee. For emergencies, please call us directly.
