Service Description
Not sure what's wrong with your heating or cooling system? Our service call covers a full diagnostic visit where a licensed technician inspects your equipment, identifies the issue, and provides a clear quote for the repair. The $89 service fee covers the trip and diagnosis. If you choose to proceed with the recommended repair, the service call fee is applied toward the total cost. Honest, upfront pricing — no surprises. Applied toward repair if you proceed.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your HVAC appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of $149.99 (our standard diagnostic/service call fee). Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service call fee. For emergencies, please call us directly.
